I timed Sofia going up and down the rocks-- only problem was that she had to sing 'Humpty Dumpty' every time she got to the top so I don't have an accurate reading..
The new watch came with a whistle.. what a great sound it makes (aspirin anyone?)
Sofia timed herself running to the far tree.. 29 seconds!
Practice...
